AJS/AJH - Aluminium Jacks
Capacities from 6.5 to 100 tonnes
Aluminium jacks combine light weight with high lifting capacity. The use of high tensile aluminium
alloy allows lifting capacities of up to 100 tonnes resulting in a very favourable 1.8 tonnes
lifting capacity per 1kg weight ratio.
Operation of Yale hydraulic jacks is very simple. Jacks are supplied 'ready for use', i.e. including
hydraulic oil, operating lever and, where applicable, carrying handle and lifting claw.
Strokes from 75 to 305mm
Extremely low weight.
Aluminium jacks with safety lock nuts (screwed rams) are also available. Please contact the sales team for further details.

Yaletaurus Ratchet Jack Capacity 10,000 kg
Mechanical ratchet jacks with lifting claw are designed for operation in confined areas where space below the load is restricted,
thus preventing the use of traditional lifting equipment. In spite of its capacity of 10.000 kg the Yaletaurus has a weight of
just 30 kg and the integrated carrying handle makes it a portable, versatile tool. With a hand force of 45 kg on the detachable
hand lever, the Yaletaurus will lift, press, push or lower a load of 10.000 kg in any direction. A standard crank hand wheel will
bring the jack quickly to the required position. The Yaletaurus is the result of Yale’s consequent application of high quality
materials and workmanship.
- Automatic screw-and-disc type load brake. The axial brake pressure is generated by the load itself and is, therefore, proportional to the size of the load. The load is held secure in any position.
- Single part housing made from spheroidal cast iron with integrated lifting claw
- The standard crank hand wheel for quick positioning of the ratchet jack
- Operating lever with hand protection, detachable and easy lockable
- Versatile application and stability on account of the large floor plate
- Encapsulated design for added protection against corrosion and foreign particles
Areas of application
An extremely versatile and robust unit for almost unlimited use for moving, positioning and securing of loads under extreme conditions.

SJ Steel Jacks Capacity 1,500 kg to 10,000kg
Steel jacks are primarily used for assembly apllications, to brace or support loads. Mechanical steel jacks can
basically be used to lift almost all kinds of loads in maintenance and repair, ship building, construction as well
as agriculture. The integrated carrying handle makes it a portable and versatile tool.
The load can be positioned either on the head or the claw, and by turning the operating lever jack shaft moves up
and down on the rack.
The robust steel housing ensures a long service life, even in continuous use.

HI-LIFT® All Cast Jacks
Hi-Lift all-cast jacks are the only all-cast jacks manufactured in the world today.
Available in 2 sizes: HL-485 (122cm) and HL-605 (152cm) illustrated.
The Top Winch-Connector Clamp is supplied as standard with all Hi-Lift jacks. The component gives the jack its
multi-functionality, allowing the jack to be used in winching and clamping modes.
Each jack is tested in accordance with ASME/ANSI B30, 1992 standard giving a rated load capacity of 2114kg and a
tested load capacity of 3175kg, achieving a 150% safety factor.
Additionally, each jack is fitted with a safety shear bolt which prevents the jack from being used on loads greater than 3175kg.
